Carry-on Baggage
You may place a personal wing item (laptop, briefcase, diaper bag etc.) not to exceed 15″ x 14″ x 9″. If your personal item does not fit it will need to be checked. Max weight 10 pounds for carry-on bag and must be able to fit under the seat in front of you.
Excess Baggage
Excess baggage is transported on a space available basis and additional charges may apply. If we place an excess tag on one or more of your bags it does not necessarily mean the bag will not get on the flight.
Fishing Equipment
We accept fishing equipment. We cannot be liable for damage to fishing equipment not packed in hard side case. A limited release tag is required.
Unusually shaped objects
Bicycles, surfboards, canoes, kayaks and other such large pieces or sporting equipment exceed the capacity of the compartments and are not accepted for transport. Please contact airline.
Golf Bags
We accept golf bags however; we cannot be liable for loss or damage to equipment in open golf bags. Charges apply depending on size and weight.
Pets
We can accommodate small pets in small kennels on our schedule flights. There is a charge of $45.00 each way for pets in the cabin. Pets in the Hold $65 minimum. For larger kennels and pets you may need to charter the aircraft. Please call us for assistance. Service animals are free and can only travel in the baggage hold in the appropriate container. Please call the airline for assistance.
Cargo or Additional Bags
We can accommodate additional bags or cargo on certain flights during the day that is operated by larger aircraft. Please call us for assistance.
New Cargo Shipping Requirements
In order to comply with Aviation Security laws we are now required to have meet the following requirements:
Sender: Required to have valid ID for identification, Address, Phone Number
Contents: Itemize list of ALL items in package to be provided to security before accepting item.
Receiver: Valid ID to pick up package
Note: Sender may need to be present for secondary inspection by Airport Security Officer.

Pet Travel Information
Caicos Express Airways do accommodate your furry friends to travel with you.
The carriage of pets may be carried subject to the operating aircraft on the flight booked. Please check flight schedule to ensure that the flight you booked will have proper equipment for your cherish pet. At this time, we are only equipped to carry dogs or cats. For any other arrangement, please contact airline. Local regulations require that animals travel in an appropriate travel crate or cage, whether in the cabin or cargo hold compartment. We do not charge for service animals however contact airline to confirm if able to accommodate.
Pets in Cabin
The cat or dog accepted for travel in the Cabin must remain at all times in the soft-sided carrier from boarding the aircraft until exiting the terminal at the destination. • The size limit is 15 lbs. maximum. • The animal needs to be able to sit, stand and turn around. • The carrier needs to have a waterproof liner. • The animal needs to have appropriate vaccinations to include rabies.

Restricted Dog Breeds in Turks & Caicos Islands
The Turks & Caicos Islands, Legal Notice 39 of 2003, signed by the Governor under Section 98 of the Customs Ordinance, restricts the following breeds of dogs from being permitted entrance into the Turks & Caicos Islands.

If you are departing from Haiti because of long lines at airport security and immigration, it is recommended that you checked 4 hours before departure. Flights departing Cap Haitian closes 1.5 hours before schedule departure.
